    Hey Becky!

Thank you for the introduction, and thank you for being my Twitter mentor! You so generously give knowledge for the purpose of developing others--a true leadership trait.

Thanks for the explanation -- I'd been wondering! How do we find out the theme for each month's carnival? And other questions about how to get included. . .

    Hi Lee Ann,

The theme is determined by the host, and often isn't really figured out until the last minute, but in general each carnival has a topic: leadership development, human resources, etc. Use the link in this post to the submission form. Submitting should be pretty self explanatory, but you may want to wait until closer to the date of the event so your content is fresh. Typically, the carnival host will include anything on topic... Dan McCarthy told me once that he mainly weeds out spam or anything clearly unrelated. Feel free to email me brobinson@mountainstate.edu with any other questions. And I can't wait to see your post in the next carnival.

    Becky -
Thanks for helping to promote our Leadership Development Carnival. And I really do mean "our", as you've been such a big part of it's success. Dallas's was a nice addition too - thanks for pointing him to it.
