Miki Saxon addresses a similar topic in her recent post "Leadership's Future: Hypocrisy Reigns". She expresses her disillusionment with leaders whose actions do not meet up with their words. To anyone aspiring to leadership, she gives this advice:
So before you become a ‘leader’ for any cause or attitude, do make sure that your own actions conform to what’s expected of those who follow you.
